Application must be made in the prescribed from which will be issued from the school office during the period of Registration.
Registration Form will be available at the School Office from 01/12/2022.
Form Submission Date – 23/12/2022.
Application should be filled with utmost accuracy. The following documents should be submitted
- Birth Certificate of the child (MCD, NDMC, Panchayat etc).
- Caste Certificate (if SC/ST/OBC)
- Proof of Residence.
- Proof of Siblings(school Identity card) Latest Passport size photograph of the candidates .
- Child Aadhar Card
All the original documents of the photocopies which were submitted along with the registration form will be checked at the time of admission
